5 years

I can't believe I have been a mom for 5 years!  This sweet little face made me a mom on a very cold Sunday morning in Utah.  Life has never been the same since and I wouldn't have it any other way!  He is so fun, so energetic and loving.  He is also particular about his stuff and has an idea on how he wants to do things.  I did an interview with him when he turned 5 and it was pretty fun.  Legos are the favorite now.  He also loves Rhinos, bacon and the song Dynamite.  He loves to play with friends, still misses his friends who have moved and is enjoying some of the new friends he has made. We love this boy and the joy he brings to our lives!

He is playing fall soccer again this year and is enjoying that too.  He had a game on his birthday and Jeff is his coach.  I think that is fun for both of them.

He got plenty of Legos.  We even made a trip to the Lego store downtown the day before his birthday to pick out Legos instead of a birthday party.  Win-win for everyone!
 Officially a Buckeye!
 The Ukulele he wanted.
This is the face I get when I say, smile for me your best 5 year old smile! Love this boy!!  Can't wait to watch him continue to grow!!

Everyday life...

Life is busy!  Wow, I thought 3 kids wouldn't be too bad and it's not, but boy do I feel like we are constantly busy.  Just keeping up with feeding, dressing and cleaning up after 3 kids takes a lot of time. Then add in trying to keep the house clean, keep myself in shape, preschool, playdates, shopping and keeping the kids entertained and I am pretty wiped at the end of the day.  It is fun though.  They make me laugh and keep me on my toes...whether I'm cleaning poop out of the bathtub, spit up off the couch or pulling legos out of everywhere in our house, I am one busy momma.

But how could you not love every minute you get to spend with these crazy kids?
