Some January/February Fun

Well, I know I haven't blogged much and it isn't totally for lack of time.  We had a pretty low-key January and February.  For many of you, you know why it was so low-key.  The rest of you will have to wait and find out!

So, we spent a lot of time just with our normal day-to-day ruitine.  Preschool, grocery shopping, play groups and play dates for the kids.  Not much that is too picture worthy, but here are some fun shot from that time.


The tongue...cute now, but probably not once she figures out how to stick it out at others.

 This was how she woke up every morning and watched, but then we broke her of the bottle.  Glad that is over!

She has enough hair now for a ponytail.  They don't always last long, but they last longer then the bows do!

Also, I decided last November to run a 5k.  I trained pretty well and was hoping to run it in 27 minutes.  Due to some minor setbacks (again-I'll follow up with that later), I set a new goal to run it in 36 minutes.  Well, race day came on February 23rd and it was awesome.  I ended up finishing in 30 minutes flat!  I was pretty excited about that.  And my awesome husband brought both our kids downtown to cheer me on and celebrate with me at the end.  I love my cheering section!
