Spring Break Part 3

We spent Thursday and Friday at Disneyland.  We started Thursday by doing the Magic Morning which gave us an hour in the park with less people.  We were able to fit in Peter Pan and a Bobsled ride.  Reagan and I even made it on a Snow White ride and spent some time in the Princess Boutique and on the bridge to the castle.  Raegan loved the ducks.
Then we headed over to the Buzz Lightyear ride which everyone loved.  The boys took it pretty seriously.
Harrison getting ready for the Star Tours ride.
The classic Dumbo ride.

We took some time to get the classic castle pictures.

We went to a Jedi training show and Harrison got picked!  He was so excited and has talked non-stop about Star Wars since.  I'm pretty sure I will be making him the Jedi Robe very soon to go with his now 3 light sabers.

To graduate from training they had to fight a villain and Harrison fought and defeated Darth Vader.  Yes, the Darth Vader.  I don't have a picture because we took video then but it was pretty awesome.
The classic Mickey Mouse flower entrance.

Thursday we started the morning on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.  The adults thought is was cool, the kids were a little scared, but we all survived.
Trying to pull out Excaliber.  No luck for either kid!

The tea cups.

Raegan didn't want to meet Minnie Mouse so we settled for going to her house and taking a picture with her mailbox.
"Who's driving that car?"
Practicing his shot.

We did wait in line for Tigger, Eeyore and Pooh and it was fun.  Raegan got close, but never touched.

At the end of 5 days she still wasn't upset, but more just subdued about the whole situation.
Raegan was just worn out.
So our last night there we headed back, started packing, had dinner and then Deana stayed back with the kids while Jeff and I got to go back and see the fireworks together.  It was fun to spend some time just the 2 of us and we even rode Space Mountain one more time.
We left Saturday morning and drove straight through (3 adults makes that so much easier!) and made it home on Sunday.  We had an awesome week and did everything we wanted to do and some things twice.  I should go through the park map and list everything we did.  Some favorites from both parks were Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Radiator Springs Racers, Goofy's Sky School, California Screamin', the Winnie the Pooh ride, Ariel's Underwater Adventure, Jedi School, Captian EO, World of Color and Luigi's tires.  I could go on and on, but I won't bore you all!

It was an awesome trip and we are so grateful to Deana for making it happen for our family.  I know we will remember it forever!
